The lower tier opens into a broad cascading dome, the middle tier holds a wider second arch above it, and the upper tier shoots a tight vertical column straight up the center. The result is a more layered, more dramatic display than the TwoTier, with the same wide horizontal footprint that reads beautifully across residential and commercial water bodies.

Six motor sizes cover ponds from a half-acre on the 2 HP unit up through multi-acre commercial lakes on the 15 HP. The 5 HP and larger units produce a wider spray diameter than the equivalent TwoTier - up to 55 ft across on the 15 HP - because the three-tier discharge head spreads water further outward.   • 15-year warranty: BottomLine tubing.
  • Lifetime warranty: Compressor cabinets against rust.
  • Air filters and compressor maintenance kits are considered wearable parts and are not covered under standard warranty coverage.
  • Warranty claims must be made through an authorized Vertex dealer or directly through Vertex Aquatic Solutions.
  • Warranty claims may require product photos, warranty labels, compressor labels, and an overall photo of the system or damaged item.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping when sending products in for warranty inspection.
  • If Vertex determines the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, the product may be repaired or replaced at no cost.
  • Warranty coverage may be void due to incorrect voltage, faulty installation, vandalism, negligence, water intrusion, cabinet painting, or other non-warranty failures.

Requirements & What to Know Before You Buy

  • Pond Depth: 3 ft minimum on the 2 HP, scaling up to 7 ft on the 15 HP. Measure where the float will sit, not at the shoreline.
  • Pond Size: the 2 and 3 HP fit ponds from a half-acre; the 7.5-15 HP are sized for multi-acre commercial lakes. The TriTier spray diameter is wider than the equivalent TwoTier, so leave room around the float.
  • Voltage and Phase Selection: single-phase 230V is standard up through 15 HP. Three-phase 230V is available on every size for industrial service or longer cord runs. 208V and 460V three-phase configurations are available on request.
  • Dedicated Circuit: the included control panel needs a properly sized dedicated circuit. Confirm with a licensed electrician before install.
  • Mooring: commercial fountains need anchoring. You supply anchors or weights sized to the float and water body. Vertex provides the float-side mooring attachment points.
  • Cable Run: standard cord lengths are 100, 200, or 300 ft, sized to motor. Longer runs are an order-time option - call for a quote.
  • Winterization: Vertex fountains must be removed from the water before freezing conditions. Plan for pull-and-store at the end of the season.
  • Lighting: LED kits are optional on every unit. Add them at order time so the harness and float-internal mounts ship in the same package.

Shipping

  • Order confirmation is emailed after checkout.
  • Orders typically process within 1 to 2 business days.

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
  • Any damage or shortage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Returns

  • Unused Vertex fountains are eligible for return within 60 days with prior return authorization.
  • All returns require approval before the item is sent back.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
  • Approved Vertex fountain returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Warranty returns require authorization, the original sales receipt, and an explanation of the product issue.

  • Vertex Aquatic Solutions products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
  • 4-year warranty: In-water fountain components, including the pump, motor, flotation, framework, nozzles, submersible cables, and similar fountain components.
  • 3-year warranty: Vertex compressor systems for defective parts.
  • 2-year warranty: Fountain lighting fixtures, excluding bulbs.
  • 1-year warranty: Fountain control panels.
  • 5-year warranty: AirStation diffuser assemblies.
  • 15-year warranty: BottomLine tubing.
  • Lifetime warranty: Compressor cabinets against rust.
  • Air filters and compressor maintenance kits are considered wearable parts and are not covered under standard warranty coverage.
  • Warranty claims must be made through an authorized Vertex dealer or directly through Vertex Aquatic Solutions.
  • Warranty claims may require product photos, warranty labels, compressor labels, and an overall photo of the system or damaged item.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping when sending products in for warranty inspection.
  • If Vertex determines the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, the product may be repaired or replaced at no cost.
  • Warranty coverage may be void due to incorrect voltage, faulty installation, vandalism, negligence, water intrusion, cabinet painting, or other non-warranty failures.
