Why is wire transfer cheaper for both of us?
Credit cards take roughly 3% in interchange and processor fees on every sale. Wires bypass that. Instead of paying that 3% to Visa/Mastercard, we'd rather give it back to you.
How do I send a wire?
Most online banking apps have a "Send a wire" option. We'll email you our routing number, account number, bank name and address, and your unique reference number. Most banks process wires same-day. Some charge a small fee ($0–$30); your bank can confirm.
How long until my order ships after I wire?
As soon as funds clear (usually same business day), we lock pricing and start fulfillment. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking when the items leave the warehouse.
Can I combine the 3% with another discount?
Yes. The wire discount stacks on top of any active sale price or quoted discount. It does not stack with credit-card-only promo codes.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Wire 3% works on a $200 fountain nozzle or a $25,000 commercial aeration system the same way.
