- The item must be identical, including brand, model, and condition
- The item must be currently available and in stock from the competing retailer
- The competing offer must come from a reputable online retailer
- Marketplace listings, auction sites, liquidation sales, and unauthorized sellers are not eligible
- Promotional offers such as rebates, bundle deals, coupon-only discounts, financing specials, or buy one get one free offers are not eligible
- The price comparison includes the item price and standard shipping charges, but excludes sales tax
