We are based out of Lula, GA and ship nationwide from U.S. warehouse locations.

Order Help

Order confirmation and tracking

After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Tracking is not available until after the item has shipped and the carrier has issued the tracking number. If you ever want a status update, we’re always happy to help.

All Pro Pond Supply products ship from U.S. warehouse locations. Most items ship through standard parcel carriers, though some larger products may ship differently depending on the brand and item size.

Delivery updates

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to you by email. Delivery timing may vary depending on the product, supplier, and destination.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything shows up damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, take photos and contact us as soon as possible so we can help with the next steps.
