Every J Series unit runs on a sealed submersible motor with a UL- and CSA-listed control panel as standard equipment. The panel is human-rated GFCI protected, includes a photocell input for the optional Kasco WaterGlow lighting kit, and a timer dial so you can program when the fountain runs. The intake sits near the surface, which lets the J Series operate in shallower ponds than comparable display fountains. The cable is UL, CSA, and NEC rated for direct underwater use, and the full package is ETL listed to UL and CSA standards.

Pick your unit from 3/4 HP (3400JF) up through the 7.5 HP 7.3JF, choose 120V or 240V where both are available, and pair it with a 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, or 400 ft submersible power cord. Requirements & What to Know Before You Buy

  • Dedicated GFCI Circuit: Kasco's control panel handles GFCI protection, but it must be wired into a properly sized dedicated circuit. Have a licensed electrician verify your existing wiring.
  • Power Off Around Swimmers: disconnect power any time someone enters the water.
  • Minimum Water Depth: 17.5 inches for 3/4 HP, 19 inches for 1 HP, 20 inches for 2 HP, 24 inches for 3 HP, 26 inches for 5 HP, and 28 inches for 7.5 HP. Measure where the unit will sit, not at the shoreline.
  • Mooring: two mooring lines are included; you supply anchors or weights to hold the float in position.
  • Cord Routing: the included submersible cord runs from the unit to your control panel and breaker. Choose a length that reaches comfortably without strain. The Stainless Steel Protected Cord upgrade is a separate add-on; SS lengths over 200 ft are special-order and ship in roughly 4 weeks.
  • Voltage Selection: 3/4 HP and 1 HP are available in both 120V and 240V (240V recommended for longer cord runs to avoid voltage drop). 2 HP, 3 HP, 5 HP, and 7.5 HP are 240V only.
  • Frequency / Phase: 60 Hz standard. 3/4 HP through 5 HP are single-phase. The 7.5 HP is three-phase. 50 Hz versions available on the larger units on request - call for a quote.
  • Lighting: the optional Kasco WaterGlow kit plugs into the control panel's photocell input. Sold separately.

Requirements & What to Know Before You Buy

  • Dedicated GFCI Circuit: Kasco's control panel handles GFCI protection, but it must be wired into a properly sized dedicated circuit. Have a licensed electrician verify your existing wiring.
  • Power Off Around Swimmers: disconnect power any time someone enters the water.
  • Minimum Water Depth: 17.5 inches for 3/4 HP, 19 inches for 1 HP, 20 inches for 2 HP, 24 inches for 3 HP, 26 inches for 5 HP, and 28 inches for 7.5 HP. Measure where the unit will sit, not at the shoreline.
  • Mooring: two mooring lines are included; you supply anchors or weights to hold the float in position.
  • Cord Routing: the included submersible cord runs from the unit to your control panel and breaker. Choose a length that reaches comfortably without strain. The Stainless Steel Protected Cord upgrade is a separate add-on; SS lengths over 200 ft are special-order and ship in roughly 4 weeks.
  • Voltage Selection: 3/4 HP and 1 HP are available in both 120V and 240V (240V recommended for longer cord runs to avoid voltage drop). 2 HP, 3 HP, 5 HP, and 7.5 HP are 240V only.
  • Frequency / Phase: 60 Hz standard. 3/4 HP through 5 HP are single-phase. The 7.5 HP is three-phase. 50 Hz versions available on the larger units on request - call for a quote.
  • Lighting: the optional Kasco WaterGlow kit plugs into the control panel's photocell input. Sold separately.

The Kasco J Series is built around one promise: a true display fountain at the most competitive price in the category. Each unit ships with a set of twist-and-lock nozzles so you can swap between several spray patterns at no extra cost. Available from 3/4 HP up to 7.5 HP, the J Series covers everything from a small residential pond up to a 3.5-acre commercial lake.

Every J Series unit runs on a sealed submersible motor with a UL- and CSA-listed control panel as standard equipment. The panel is human-rated GFCI protected, includes a photocell input for the optional Kasco WaterGlow lighting kit, and a timer dial so you can program when the fountain runs. The intake sits near the surface, which lets the J Series operate in shallower ponds than comparable display fountains. The cable is UL, CSA, and NEC rated for direct underwater use, and the full package is ETL listed to UL and CSA standards.

Pick your unit from 3/4 HP (3400JF) up through the 7.5 HP 7.3JF, choose 120V or 240V where both are available, and pair it with a 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, or 400 ft submersible power cord. The included cord is rated for direct submersion. Optional Stainless Steel Protected Cord upgrade is available as an add-on at order time. Add an optional Kasco WaterGlow lighting kit to keep the display lit after dark.

Shipping/Returns

Shipping

  • Order confirmation is emailed after checkout.
  • Orders typically process within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the product, shipping method, and delivery location.
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
  • Any damage or shortage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Returns

  • Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with prior return authorization.
  • All returns require an RA Number before the item is sent back.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
  • Non-warranty returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Warranty returns require authorization, the original sales receipt, and an explanation of the product issue.

  • Kasco Marine products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
  • 2-year warranty: 1/2, 3/4, and 1HP Surface Aerators, J Series fountains, VFX fountains, AquatiClear™ Circulators, all 50Hz fountain, aerator, de-icer, and circulator models, LEDC11 Composite LED Light Kits, RGB LED Light Kits, Home Series cabinet and TeichAire compressor, and HydraForce™ Lift Station Agitators.
  • 3-year warranty: 1/2, 3/4, and 1HP De-icers, 2, 3, and 5HP VFX and Surface Aerator models, 2HP J Series models, LEDS19 Stainless Steel Light Kits, RGBW18 LED Light Kits, W25 LED Light Kits, CertiSafe™ Tank Mixers, and RobustAire™ TeichAire Compressors.
  • 5-year warranty: 3, 5, and 7.5HP J Series fountains and RGBW LED Light Kits.
  • 15-year warranty: SureSink™ Weighted Tubing for RobustAire™ and Home Series Diffused Aeration Systems.
  • Lifetime warranty: Diffuser assemblies for RobustAire™ and Home Series Diffused Aeration Systems, RobustAire™ Post Mount Cabinets, and RobustAire™ Small, Medium, and Large Cabinets with patented AireGuard Cabinet Technology.
  • Control panels are included in the warranty when applicable to the covered product.
  • Ropes, power cords, and propellers are excluded from standard defect coverage.
  • Customers should register their product with Kasco Marine for warranty purposes after purchase.
  • Warranty coverage may be void if the equipment is not properly maintained according to the owner’s manual, altered from its original condition, used without the required GFI-protected circuit or Kasco control panel, or damaged by unauthorized tampering.
  • Units under warranty may be sent to a Kasco authorized repair center for evaluation and repair, and all units must include the required Repair Contact Form.
  • Only complete motor assemblies will be accepted for warranty repair, and the power cord and all other original components must be returned with the motor as originally assembled.
  • Kasco Marine will return units repaired under warranty at their expense by ground freight within the continental United States, while expedited return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
