The E-Series PondSelect 1/2 HP Pond Fountain is the mid-tier step up between the entry-level Classic Series and the premium Stainless Steel Pro Series. The motor is fully stainless steel, the impeller is balanced for higher flow than the Classic at the same HP (14,500 GPH vs 5,283 GPH on the Classic 1/2 HP), and the float carries the same 30 in rotomolded build used across the PondSelect line. The result: more dramatic spray heights, broader patterns, and a longer-lived motor at a price point between the entry decorative range and the full commercial-grade Stainless Steel Pro.
Four interchangeable spray patterns ship with every unit: Crown (8 ft tall, 32 ft wide for a regal multi-jet look), Arch (12 ft tall, 8 ft wide for vertical lift), Wide Arch (6 ft tall, 18 ft wide for shallow ponds), and Starburst (12 ft tall, 18 ft wide for a dramatic centerpiece). The 1/2 HP stainless steel motor draws 6 amps on 115V or 3.2 amps on 230V and is rated for up to a 1/2-acre pond.

Requirements & What to Know Before You Buy
- Pond Size: sized for ponds up to 1/2 acre. For larger ponds, look at the Stainless Steel Pro Series.
- Pond Depth: 24 in minimum operating depth. The float draws water through an impeller on the bottom.
- Power: pick 115V (6 A draw) or 230V (3.2 A draw), 60 Hz. Plug into a properly sized GFCI-protected dedicated circuit.
- Cord Length: 100 ft or 150 ft. Measure from the fountain's planned float position to a shore-mounted GFCI outlet, including the run up the bank.
- Mooring: 75 ft of nylon rope is included. You supply two anchors or shore stakes. Anchor at roughly 45-degree angles to keep the float in position.
- Spray Pattern: all four nozzles are included with every unit. Swap whenever you want a different look - the nozzle assembly is the only part you change.
- Winterization: remove the fountain from the water before freezing conditions.
