Shipping

  • Free shipping is available on all Airmax products.
  • We currently ship Airmax products within the United States only.
  • Orders typically ship out within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • Any shipping shortages or damage should be reported promptly, preferably within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Visible freight damage should be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Delays in reporting damage may affect the ability to file a claim.

  • All returns must be pre-approved before being shipped back. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
  • Eligible returns must be made within 30 days.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • No returns are accepted after 30 days.

Warranty

  • Airmax warrants its aeration systems, fountains, and lights to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship. Products determined by the factory to be defective within the applicable warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no charge with a new or remanufactured part.
  • Aeration Systems: New aeration systems purchased on or after January 1, 2022 include a 3-year warranty on the compressor, a 10-year warranty on the cabinet, and a 5-year warranty on the airline and diffuser. Wear parts are not included.
  • Fountains: New complete fountain purchases made on or after January 1, 2022 include a 3-year warranty on EcoSeries and PondSeries fountains, a 5-year warranty on LakeSeries fountains, and a 3-year warranty on control panels.
  • Lights: Airmax lights include a 3-year warranty.
  • All warranty claims and returns must be pre-approved and require an RMA. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
  • Warranty items must be sent to Airmax for inspection, repair, or exchange. The customer is responsible for removal, packaging, and shipping the product to Airmax. Return shipping for approved warranty repairs or replacements is provided freight free.
  • Items that are not returned to Airmax for inspection will not be covered under warranty.
  • Please contact us before returning any product or submitting a warranty claim so we can review your situation and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Requirements & What to Know Before You Buy

  • Pond Size: aerates ponds up to 1/4 acre and 6 ft deep. Larger ponds will need additional diffused aeration or multiple fountains for full circulation.
  • Minimum Operating Depth: 24 inches. The intake pulls water below the float; less than 24 in and the motor draws air.
  • Electrical: standard 115 V household circuit, 5.8 amps running. The Plug & Play control panel plugs directly into a 115 V outlet with a 24-inch power whip - no dedicated 230 V circuit required.
  • Cord Sizing: measure from the fountain's intended location straight to the shore outlet or panel location. Pick the shortest cord that reaches - excess cord in coils is a nuisance and can nominally derate voltage.
  • Cord Protection - Standard: SJTOOW outdoor rubber jacket. Best for buried conduit runs and protected shorelines.
  • Cord Protection - PolyFlex: braided sleeve over the SJTOOW cord. Rated for rocky shorelines, rodent-exposed installs, and dock traffic where a bare cord would take physical damage.
  • Cord Protection - Stainless Steel Armored: stainless steel braid over the cord. Best for public installs and vandalism-prone sites.
  • Quick Disconnect: 200 ft and longer cords include an underwater quick disconnect at the motor for easy seasonal removal and cleaning. Shorter cords do not include the quick disc by default.

Shipping

  • Free shipping is available on all Airmax products.
  • We currently ship Airmax products within the United States only.
  • Orders typically ship out within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • Any shipping shortages or damage should be reported promptly, preferably within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Visible freight damage should be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Delays in reporting damage may affect the ability to file a claim.

Returns

  • All returns must be pre-approved before being shipped back. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
  • Eligible returns must be made within 30 days.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • No returns are accepted after 30 days.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.

Warranty

Warranty

  • Airmax warrants its aeration systems, fountains, and lights to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship. Products determined by the factory to be defective within the applicable warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no charge with a new or remanufactured part.
  • Aeration Systems: New aeration systems purchased on or after January 1, 2022 include a 3-year warranty on the compressor, a 10-year warranty on the cabinet, and a 5-year warranty on the airline and diffuser. Wear parts are not included.
  • Fountains: New complete fountain purchases made on or after January 1, 2022 include a 3-year warranty on EcoSeries and PondSeries fountains, a 5-year warranty on LakeSeries fountains, and a 3-year warranty on control panels.
  • Lights: Airmax lights include a 3-year warranty.
  • All warranty claims and returns must be pre-approved and require an RMA. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
  • Warranty items must be sent to Airmax for inspection, repair, or exchange. The customer is responsible for removal, packaging, and shipping the product to Airmax. Return shipping for approved warranty repairs or replacements is provided freight free.
  • Items that are not returned to Airmax for inspection will not be covered under warranty.
